Sausage Casserole 

• 1 lb of sausage

• 1 large onion –chopped

• 1 bell pepper –chopped

• 1-cup celery –chopped

• 1-cup rice

• 2 packages of Lipton chicken noodle soup (1 box)

• 4-½ cup water

Stir sausage until cooked but not over cooked –add onion, bell pepper & celery and cook until tender. In another pot add soup and rice to the 4 ½ cup boiling water and boil for 7 minutes. Mix sausage mixture and soup mixture in casserole and top with grated cheese.  Bake 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees.
