Georgia Peach Ice Cream
1 cup milk
2 tbs. flour
1 cup sugar
2 tbs. lemon juice
2 cups crushed peach pulp
1 cup whipped cream
Combine sugar and flour, add milk and cook until thick, stirring occasionally. Cool. Add peach pulp and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream. Freeze (with White Mountain Ice Cream Freezers.)
