Quick-and-East
Chicken Dressing
-
1 fryer,
cut up (save 3 cups broth)

1 (10-3/4)
can cream of chicken soup
-
1 (10-3/4)
can cream of celery soup
-
1 onion,
chopped
-
1 package
herb stuffing mix
-
Black
pepper
Preheat oven
to 350 degrees. Boil fryer in salted water until done. Let
cool. Reserve 3 cups of chicken broth. Remove bone and cut
chicken into small pieces. Place on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch
baking dish. Mix soup and onion together. Heat just enough to
dissolve. Pour over chicken. Take entire package of stuffing
mix and sprinkle over soup mixture. Pour the 3 cups of broth
over stuffing mix, letting it soak in. Sprinkle black pepper
on top. Bake about an hour or until done.
